I was approached by the founder of Fast Notes, a dental app designed to reduce time spent on surgical notes and referrals, while maintaining professional detail and accuracy.
The app was functional but lacked a solid user experience, making day-to-day tasks more complex than necessary.
The Challenge
The main issues were the inefficient UX and the difficulty in presenting complex health data clearly.
Dental professionals needed a streamlined workflow to save time without compromising the quality of their notes. Additionally, the existing website didn’t effectively communicate the app’s strengths or convert potential users.
My Role
I led a complete UX and UI redesign of both the app and the website.
We started by mapping a new user experience from scratch, focused on simplifying tasks, improving the flow of information, and making the app more intuitive for users. The website was revamped to better showcase the product and increase engagement.
The Outcome
The redesigned app offered clear, accessible medical data and a seamless workflow that drastically reduced time spent on administrative tasks.
The website refresh successfully highlighted the app’s value proposition. Both were well-received, and the project was a success, significantly improving user satisfaction and key business KPIs.
