Yodel is a cloud-based business phone system that goes beyond simple VoIP solutions.
When I joined the Yodel team, they had a powerful product, but their digital presence didn't reflect the innovation or the trustworthiness needed to compete with established players. My role was to redesign their website and brand identity, ensuring their digital touchpoints matched the value of their product.

When I began working with Yodel, we faced several key challenges:
Outdated Visual Identity: Their previous branding was generic and didn’t communicate their core value proposition—modernizing business communication with cutting-edge features.
Complex User Journeys: Despite offering a sophisticated product, the website’s layout was not intuitive. Potential users struggled to understand Yodel's unique features, leading to higher bounce rates and lower conversions.

Once we had a clear understanding of the challenges Yodel faced, the next step was to establish the core objectives that would guide the project.
The first priority was rebranding Yodel. We needed to develop a fresh, modern brand identity that would effectively communicate the company’s key values of innovation, reliability, and trust. This rebranding would help convey Yodel’s cutting-edge approach to business communication while fostering a sense of professionalism and dependability that customers could count on.
In parallel, the website redesign was equally critical. The goal was to create a user-friendly and visually engaging platform that would not only highlight Yodel’s unique product features but also make these features easy to understand for both potential customers and existing users.

Our collaboration led to significant improvements in both user experience and business outcomes, plus the updated brand identity helped Yodel position itself as a forward-thinking, reliable leader in the cloud communication space, directly contributing to their growth in market share.

By redesigning Yodel’s website from scratch and helping them clarify their brand identity, I was able to contribute to their rise as a market leader in the cloud communication niche. Additionally, my involvement in UX consulting for key product features ensured that the company’s digital tools were as intuitive and powerful as the brand’s vision.
